The below protocol is something I have put together based on my personal experience, research and study. It covers most of what I have learned and is designed to be as practical as possible for day to day use.

HOWEVER, this is JUST a TEMPLATE and is NOT set in stone in any way whatsoever. It can be followed as written if you prefer, but the MAIN REASON for posting it here is to give you some sort of an idea of how you can plan and structure your own protocol in what suits YOU best. Of course it also does not include EVERYTHING that is out there that can help support your body in its fight against cancer – I don’t suppose any protocol will be able to do that. It basically includes most of what I have come across in my personal experience, research and study.

This then also means that you should include stuff in your own protocol that YOU think will be more effective as well as omitting stuff from mine that you think might not be as effective.

So in essence – Use it as written if you like or use it as a guideline to modify and create YOUR personalised version that includes stuff you find relevant and effective, structured in a way that is the most practical for you on a day to day basis.

DAILY PROTOCOL in Order

1

First thing in the morning

Empty stomach as soon as wake up – VITAMIN C (LivOn Laboratories, Lypo-Spheric from Amazon) 1 sachet

2

1 hour before breakfast

– MORNING JUICE made in a juice extractor
2 pieces Broccoli or 1 cabbage or some brussels sprouts or some cauliflower – Can add all 4 for extra potency if desired
1 whole apple including core
4 carrots
1 small beetroot
1/2 teaspoon (2g) wheatgrass powder (or wheatgrass juice – preferred) and
a couple of walnuts’ powder mixed in the juice

BREAKFAST

Porridge oats, cinnamon, flaxeed powder (sprinkle on), Now Foods stevia powder (if prefer it sweet) – cooked (or eaten raw) in water

AFTER BREAKFAST

Turmeric (1000mg curcumin capsule although real organic turmeric powder is better if you can stomach it), cod liver oil (capsule or preferably liquid if you can handle the taste)

Empty stomach before lunch

– VITAMIN C (LivOn Laboratories, Lypo-Spheric) 1 sachet as before

AFTERNOON JUICE made in a juice extractor

-1hr before Lunch –
1/4 pineapple
1 pomegranate
1/2 punnet of strawberries (PLUS other especially Black raspberries as well as red raspberrie & blueberries, in which case use less strawberries) – all WITH seeds and skin
1/2 teaspoon (2g) wheatgrass powder (or wheatgrass juice – preferred)
Six Apricot bitter kernels (for vitamin B17)
Juice of two carrots (extract in the morning when you make the morning juice)
Organic Coconut milk if available or if you make yourself

LUNCH

Lightly cooked broccoli or cabbage or cauliflower or brussels sprouts or occasional spinach with ORGANIC chicken or any fish.
Eat with brown rice (best option), wholemeal flour Indian roti/chappati (preferred over bread) or wholemeal bread (last resort because of yeast in the bread)

You can put (ideally organic) garlic, ginger, onions, turmeric, a little black pepper (helps turmeric absorption), a little pink (preferred) or sea salt but NOT regular salt, olive or coconut oil in all cooking and cook lightly (boiled/steamed style), do NOT overcook.

You can also put in some normal red chilli powder, turmeric, curry powder etc so that it’s tasty and not bland and sickening which will otherwise make it too off putting and difficult to continue with the diet.

Can also eat red, green, brown or moong daal (lentils) or chickpeas
or any of the following beans: Azuki beans, Garbanzo beans, green beans, black soybeans

AFTER LUNCH

multivitamin (Brand – Rainbow Light).

Empty stomach 1 hour before dinner

Vitamin C (LivOn Laboratories, Lypo-Spheric) 1 sachet as before.

DINNER

Flax seed oil (organic, unrefined & cold pressed) mixed with cottage cheese (Quark cheese) – BUDWIG style.
Can sprinkle some ground walnuts on top if desired. Also, can add Now Foods Stevia sweetener if desired.

AFTER DINNER

Turmeric (1000mg curcumin capsule although real organic turmeric powder is better), Black Seed oil 1/2 teaspoon

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

ALL Juices & meals ABSOLUTELY MUST be made with certified ORGANIC FOODS

At least 8 glasses CHLORINE FREE water daily – if your tap water is good then just get a Berkey water purifier otherwise use bottled water only.

ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR WHATSOEVER (THE absolute most cancer-feeding food!)

NO DAIRY

NO REFINED CARBS such as white rice, white bread, pasta. Can have brown rice (best option), wholemeal flour Indian roti/chappati (preferred over bread) or wholemeal bread (last resort because of yeast in the bread)

How to make and take fresh wheatgrass juice?

If you have fresh wheatgrass, then take 25–30 grams (one ounce) of it.

Add a little water, Crush it in a mortar till it becomes watery paste. Filter it and the obtained 20–30 ml of juice is the dose per person for a single serving. It can be taken in the morning and at night or in your juice and smoothie as above.

IMPORTANT FINAL NOTE:

If the above protocol reduces the tumour/cancer and stops it spreading then just carry on until cancer free.

IF HOWEVER, the cancer continues to spread then COMPLETELY drop ALL carbohydrates including from meals and juices and follow the rest as above.
